The Chatham Area Public Library recently held its 17th Annual Teen Trivia Program with questions focused on the 2020 Summer Reading Program theme, “Imagine Your Story.” Around 60 local teens participated in the evening’s fun, which was made possible by the generosity of the Friends of the Chatham Area Public Library.
First place winners of the trivia portion included (in alphabetical order) Cassie F, Kate F, Sieun L, Simmi M, Myia N, Zach R, Maya T, and Amy Y. Second place team participants were (in alphabetical order) Caleb B, Connor G, Nikhil G, Caden S, Tyler T, Roger U, and Noah Y.
A prize was also given for the best team costumes. With costumes that had a theme of the popular TV show The Office, this year’s recipients were (in alphabetical order) Hally A, Levi C, Gavin D, Justin H, Madi I, Will M, Charlotte M, and Tanya S.
Several Glenwood Middle School teachers volunteered their time to make Teen Trivia a success. They included Dave Laub, emcee, and Katelyn Cecil, Meghan Gonzalez, Jennifer Lewis and Anthony Mattera, judges. Pizza was generously provided by Little Italy’s in Chatham.
