Chatham Area Public Library is Accepting Applications for its 11th Annual Call to Entry Art Show
Chatham, IL – The Chatham Area Public Library is pleased to announce that it’s accepting applications through January 20, 2020 for its 11th Annual Call to Entry Juried Art Show. The show’s purpose is to highlight and celebrate the diverse talents of the Central Illinois arts community, and local artists, ages 16 and over, are invited to apply. “We recognize the tremendous talent that exists in our community, and we want it to be showcased and celebrated”, states Amy Byers, Library Director.

Those accepted to the show will be notified on January 27, and the show will run from February 8 - May 1, 2020 during normal library operation hours; Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Five awards will be given out, including the Best in Show, all of which will be announced at an Opening Reception that will be held at the Chatham Area Public Library on Friday, February 21 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. The public is encouraged and invited to join us at this reception.
